Return to Index Return to Listings Page Re-entries seem to be rather scarce on the 2¢ green Admiral, compared to the many, many great ones that exist on the 2¢ carmine. Below are a few I know of.

Scott #107 2¢ Admiral Green The Major Re-entry Plate Position 161LL69 This is an extremely rare major re-entry, which I was fortunate to obtain from Hans Reiche a number of years ago. Note the twisted re-entry, showing most prominently in the RNB. The UL corner also shows an overlapping of the top two spandrel lines, as well as a thickening of the upper frameline itself. Scott #107 2¢ Admiral Green Minor Re-entry This stamp shows some slight doubling in the letters of 'STA', along with some interesting markings in and below the middle 'A' of CANADA. It is not certain if the latter marks are connected in any way to the doubling in POSTAGE; they may have occurred separately. Any comments would be appreciated. ^ Courtesy of David Noss ^
